Remove personal information

Please read this article carefully to understand how we can help you remove data Munkplast AB is processing on your behalf and the implications if you remove your data.

For privacy reasons, you are entitled to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) right to request that some personal information that concerns you be removed.

Send an email to support@photopearls.com with your first- and lastname, email address, and license Key / activation Code.

Estimated response time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday).

Please keep in mind that:

  • Data cannot be recovered once it has been deleted. Read this article carefully to understand the implications of your account.
  • Your license key/activation code will no longer be valid after your personal data has been deleted. This means that you will not be able to enable or upgrade PhotoPearls software or PhotoPearls Web app.

It is your responsibility to review this information before providing it to the requestor.
